Taking the Plunge

Sometimes you have to step out of your comfort zone. You should try new things, even if that thing is scary or weird or has to do with watching cars drive in a circle for four hours.

That's right, we're going to a NASCAR race.

Of course we won't be attending the race...we'll more or less be tailgating all day, watching the people while drinking beer and eating snacks and playing games like beanbag toss and cowboy golf.

It'll be a first for me...and I'm very excited to see how it goes. I'm hoping for some good pictures out of the whole experience.

Dan wanted me to shave a three in the hair on his head for the weekend. At least he didn't request this...
